For new students:

  • 1×1 ID picture
  • ECCD (Grade 1)
  • Report Card
  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • Form 137 (Transcript of Records)
  • Good Moral Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate
  • Confirmation Certificate (Grade 7-12)
  • ESC Certificate (for Grade 8 to Grade 11)

1. ONLINE ENROLLMENT

2. CONFIRMATION OF APPLICATION

The Guidance Associate will send you an email confirmation regarding your application.

3. REGISTRATION FEE

Pay at least Php1,000.00 as your reservation
