ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

For old students:

  • Report Card

For new students/transferees:

  • 2×2 ID picture
  • Report Card
  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • Form 137
  • Good Moral Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate
  • ESC Certificate (for Grade 8 to Grade 11 ESC grantees)

1. ONLINE ENROLLMENT

Accomplish the online enrolment for SY 2021-2021 through accessing the link/s:

2. CONFIRMATION OF APPLICATION

The Records Officer will send you an email confirmation regarding your application.

3. REGISTRATION FEE

Pay at least Php1,000.00 as your reservation

4. PAYMENT

Option A. Pay over the counter at any Metrobank branch.

Morning: 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM

5. SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS

Reminder: Please submit hard copy of requirements before enrolment schedule.

6. CONFIRMATION

To inform us with your payment, kindly send the complete details of the transaction receipt or deposit slip (proof of payment) to [email protected] and indicate the following student’s information:

  • Name of the  Student
  • Incoming Grade Level
  • School Year
  • Purpose of Payment (for Enrolment)
  • Strand (for Senior High School only)
