- Confirmation Certificate (Grade 7-12)
- ESC Certificate (for Grade 8 to Grade 11)

2. CONFIRMATION OF APPLICATION

Pay at least Php1,000.00 as your reservation

- Incoming Grade Level
- School Year
- Purpose of Payment (for Enrolment)
- Strand (for Senior High School only)
