SBCA is committed in making the lay mission partners (teachers and staff) understand and deepen their knowledge about the Good Shepherd Congregation, the institution where St. Bridget College Alitagtag belongs.
On 5 – 6 March 2021, all the maintenance staff (REGGIE, MARLON, ERIC, DENNIS and DORY) joined the lay mission partners of Bukid Kabataan from Cavite and from Alay Kapwa Women’s Cooperative, Sariaya for Mission Development Sessions, Phase 1. This was held at the Good Shepherd Farm, Sariaya Quezon.
Everyone appreciated the PARTICIPATION, PROCESS and CONTENTS of the MDP sessions which were facilitated by Sr. Anya Borbon, the school Head of SBCA and Sr. Ailyn Binco, the Program Head and Local Leader of Bukid Kabataan Center. Moreover, the sharing about the experiences about Good Shepherd Partnership in the Philippines which were done by Mrs. Sookie Lalap and Mrs. Bernadette Manalo, who are both from St. Bridget College – Batangas. They expressed that the richness of the experience was due to the interaction they had with mission partners from another Good Shepherd agency.
Faculty and staff who are not yet finished with the MDP Phase 1 sessions will be scheduled on May, 2021, before the end of this current school year.
