God has truly gifted SBCA with many talented educators. The institution believes that He is pleased all the more with the way the two notable teachers, Mrs. Gina Oliquino- Carretero and Ms. Rose Marnie R. Manding have chosen to use their talents.
The amount of work and the persistence these teachers must have put into achieving their goals have been impressive.
